Here are personal bios about each creator of The Pack Report:

Hi there! My name is Sarah Wilson and I am a third year student at TRU. My major is Public Relations and Communications. I am from the Sunshine Coast, BC. My favourite thing about the Coast is living so close to the ocean and the great weather. My least favourite thing about the Coast is the tourists (I hate tourists). My favourite things are tea, movies/TV, chicken potpie, music (specifically R&B) snowboarding and spending time with friends and family. My favourite sport is soccer and one of my most memorable soccer moments was watching the Canadian women’s soccer team beat the U.S in the finals during the 2022 Olympics, or when my cleat flew off during a game when I went to kick the ball. My plan post Uni is to hopefullly get a job with a PR company and gain more experience in the field.

Hello! My name is Abby Mohrbutter. I am originally from a super small town in the South East Corner of Saskatchewan. I grew up on a farm! I am currently in the general arts program. Although I do not currently have a major or a minor, I plan on majoring in English with a double minor in Marketing and Communications. After my arts degree, I plan to attend law school, or get into publishing. I am in my third year here! Another fact about me is, I am a student athlete. I am a middle blocker on the women’s volleyball team. I have been playing volleyball for seven years now. Before I started playing club volleyball, I was a competitive dancer! Which was and is a huge thing in my community, as well as hockey. Some of my interests/hobbies include, reading, hiking, baking, working out, and listening to music!

I’m Bryn. I’m a student here at TRU studying psychology, wanting to go into the sports therapy field. I grew up playing many sports, all the way from tennis, baseball, hockey, to speed swimming and synchronized swimming. My whole family has been active all our lives; my mom is a runner, my dad plays baseball, and my brother plays baseball for Utah State. When going into uni, I knew I wanted to be active and somewhat sporty, so I was able to join volleyball intramurals weekly. I started them with a friend in my first year, and I’m still going to the gym, wanting to stay active. When I’m not doing that, I’m doing my best to study and keep up with classes, and I’m also watching a bunch of movies and TV shows since I love cinema and all the work put behind it.

My name is Lameya Hossain. I am an Arts student pursuing my Bachelor of Arts with a deep passion for social justice and women’s empowerment. My goal is to become a social worker and dedicate my career to supporting women and advocating for their rights. Through volunteering with organizations that focus on women’s issues, I have gained hands-on experience and learned the importance of compassion, resilience, and advocacy. Alongside my studies, I am a certified makeup artist, blending creativity with purpose by helping women feel confident and empowered through self-expression. Beyond academics and artistry, I am also a proud cat mom, finding joy, patience, and responsibility in caring for my pets. My vision is to unite creativity, compassion, and purpose to uplift women everywhere.

My name is Nicole and im currently in my second year at TRU studying communications and digital journalism majoring in media studies. I have a strong interest in meeting new people and creating a good and safe community. I have very bad social anxiety so meeting new people can be hard for me but its something I really want to do that’s why I joined this course to get out of my comfort zone. My long term goal/career is to work in media.Outside of school I like to swim and go on walks which keep me grounded and lets me express myself in different ways. If I were to describe myself in three words it will be creative, kind and motivated and I try to bring those qualities into everything I do.For me life is about personal value like helping others and making a positive impact on people whether its through academics, work or my personal passions I aim to keep learning, growing, and uplifting the people around me even if its outside of my comfort zone.
